Why does it take longer for an egg to cook in Colorado than in New York? - cooking classes colorado springs
Hello. In my chemistry class, we talked about the boiling point and pressure. My teacher has asked this question: Why did it take longer to boil an egg in Colorado than in NY? I understand that Colorado is at a higher altitude, but do not understand how this relates to the cooking time. I think it's an easy concept to understand, I do not understand why I can not understand. Please, no more confusing jargon and chemical equations, someone break it down for me!
