I have in several places and it is not possible .. We know that we leagally married and wanted a piece of paper that does not want a unity celebration with friends and family that express our love and our commitment to each other .. Please let me know if you have an idea

Try a Unitarian Church or United Church of Christ. Both have websites which show that communities are GLBT friendly. Or contact your local chapter of the National Organization of Women.
